The president:

Sir Réjean J. Tremblay, Chemist, has 25 years experience in laboratories analysis and more specifically those of wines. He developed courses on the manufacture and quality of wines. He masters all the techniques of analysis according to standards recognized methods (AOAC, ASBC, and SMEWW OIV). He also developed courses on the making of wine.
